INTRODUCTION TO AYIA NAPA

No resort can compare to the madness of Ayia Napa, it is one of the biggest resorts we have available and has an abundance of activities and things to do, you will never be bored! As one of our biggest resorts, it certainly has a lot going on, which is why our workers return year on year for a healthy does of Cypriot sunshine. The nightlife is infamous, if you've not been before, you're in for a real treat.

From the wild foam parties, chilled drinks, fun filled days at the local water park, and multiple beaches to explore at your leisure there's something for everyone. You can always rely on the Cypriot suns and temperatures soaring close to the 40s during peak season.

A SEASON IN AYIA NAPA

Our dates run from May to July, but you can stay on for the closing parties - we'll help you secure further accommodation when you're out there. If it's your first time working abroad, we recommend going out earlier as it's easier to get your bearings when it's a little quieter than to jump straight into the deep-end mid-season!

WORKING IN AYIA NAPA

The majority of jobs in Ayia Napa come from it's infamous nightlife scene, the most popular jobs are bar work, ricket selling, dancers and restaurant work. If you think you'd earn more on commission based roles we will have some great roles available for you through Ayia Napa's biggest event companies.

EXTRA WORK IN AYIA NAPA

After the initial 28 days accomodation we provide, if you want to stay longer in the resort, let the reps know and we can help extend your stay for you. It's always best to let the reps know as soon as you decide you want to stay longer so it gives us a bit more time to provide this service to you. Hundred of guests stay longer than the initial 28 days so there's no need to worry, we are experts at helping extend accommodation.

UPON ARRIVAL IN AYIA NAPA

Once you arrive in Ayia Napa, our reps will meet and greet you at the apartments, they will help get you checked in and into your apartment with the room-mates you have previously chosen through the workers forums and Facebook groups. When you are settled the reps will go through an induction with you, telling you all about the resort and what it has to offer, what jobs are available, what the first week entails, tips for you to have an even more amazing time and they will answer any questions you may have. After the meeting this is when the real fun happens, the first ngiht will be a bar crawl, the pre-drinks will be provided (All on us!) and then our reps will take you to all the best bars, clubs and nightclubs so you can really see what Ayia Napa's nightlife is all about.

Throughout the first week you will get to see all the best parts of Ayia Napa's nightlife along with many recruitment days to get you working as soon as you want to and our reps will show you some of the best scenery and beaches in the resort.

HOW TO FIND WORK IN AYIA NAPA

Here at Summertime workers we have great relationships with the bars, clubs and events in the resort, our reps will be setting up job recruitment days for all of our guests when you arrive in the resort. You don't have to bring hundreds of CV's but we would advide bringing a cover letter with any previous experience you have (if you don't have any, that's not a problem), we will train you up so you feel comfortable in the job you want to do.

We take control of the job front for you, if you feel you would like to do a specific role or change roles let our reps know in the resort and they will be able to provide you with all the information needed about the bars, clubs and events that are recruiting and take you down to introduce you to the managers so you can have a chat about the roles available and get you started!
